Group Tour Request Form

Group visits on Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm do not need special reservations, but if you have a group of over 15 persons, we appreciate your cooperation in planning by filling out the form.

Group Size

Senior / Adult Community Tours are available Wednesday through Sunday each week and there is no minimum group size. Tours are not available on Monday and Tuesday of each week.

Please provide preferences for three possible dates (Wednesday through Sunday) and times. Self-guided visits can be scheduled no less than two weeks in advance. Do not consider your visit booked until you receive a confirmation letter via email from the Groups and Advance Sales Office. If you have any questions, please call 978-562-9182.

** Late afternoon and evening visits may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on staffing and availability. After-hours visits may incur additional fees. You will be contacted by a member of our staff to discuss.
